Anita originally from Melbourne, graduated with honours from Murdoch University in Western Australia. Upon graduating she spent several years working in the southwest of Western Australia, before taking time out from full time practice to travel and work as a locum Chiropractor around Australia.

During her time working in the southwest she volunteered her time working with a low socioeconomic Teen and Young Mum’s group. This offered support for women between 14-22 years of age who were pregnant or parenting, offering chiropractic care to young mothers and their children. Anita has also been involved in various other volunteer roles including working with football clubs and supervising student chiropractors at large scale music events such as the Southbound and Groove In The Moo music festivals. She feels that she grew significantly personally and professionally during a volunteer trip to Siliguri in India in 2007 to work with rock breakers, tea plantation workers and others in a poverty stricken environment, she cannot wait to be involved with this trip again.

Anita takes pride in continuing her professional development and keeping up to date with latest research in these areas, to ensure her patients receive the highest quality of care.

Anita is also a certified practitioner in dry needling, Graston technique and Kinesio-taping. She is passionate about educating patients about the benefits of chiropractic as part of a healthy lifestyle and utilises a wide variety of safe, gentle and effective techniques to provide individualised management plans for all her patients from the very young to the young at heart.

Anita is a member of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia (CAA) and International Chiropractic Paediatric Association (ICPA).
